- Bleeding/adjustments of the braking system
- Software/firmware update
- Transmission adjustment
- Handlebar taping
- Check screw tightening
- Bike setup with possible biomechanical user report
- OPTIONAL: fork cut (where possible 3cm below the handlebar stem)
N.B. all points must be defined during the product purchase phase with the relevant sales representative and the service package does not provide for separation
POSITIONING SERVICE|BIKE FITTING:
- €150 including the challenge series TP kit
- €200 including complete PR-S series TP
PRACTICAL WARRANTY SERVICE:
- Practice management: €60
- Workshop processing (disassemble/reassemble based on the job): a payment based on the product
- Repair or warranty cost: established by the assistance service
- Shipping costs: a payment based on the product
PRACTICAL MANAGEMENT INCLUDES:
- Taking charge
- Request for return authorization
- Preparation of parcel and delivery note
- Monitoring and closing practice
