The S-Works Aethos 2 is designed for riders who want the purest road experience, combining lightness, control and refined performance. With a FACT 12r carbon frame weighing just 595 g, it is engineered to almost disappear beneath the rider: lively when accelerating, stable on long rides, confident on descents and smooth in every detail. It was not created simply to chase the lowest possible weight, but to deliver a natural, responsive and engaging ride feel.
Its updated geometry was developed from decades of Body Geometry data and more than 100,000 fit studies, helping more riders achieve an efficient, balanced and comfortable position. The result is a more versatile road bike, ready to climb faster, inspire confidence on technical descents and keep you comfortable during demanding days in the mountains. The S-Works Aethos 2 FACT 12r Carbon frame features hidden cable routing, a threaded bottom bracket, 12x142 mm thru-axle spacing and flat-mount disc brakes, paired with a matching FACT 12r carbon fork.
The build reflects the same premium approach. SRAM RED AXS E1 electronic 12-speed shifting delivers fast gear changes, while the SRAM RED AXS power meter crankset with 48/35 gearing and the 10-33 cassette provide the range needed for steep climbs and high-speed sections. SRAM RED E1 hydraulic disc brakes offer powerful, consistent and controlled braking. Roval Alpinist CLX III tubeless carbon wheels, paired with S-Works Turbo TLR Race 700x28c tires, bring low weight, speed and sharp handling to every ride.
