In creating the V4Rs, Colnago did not vary the shapes of its project, but changed its substance, supplying the UAE Emirates Team with frames with five different laminations to be used in the race. The frontal area of the V4Rs has been completely revised thanks to the tests carried out in the Wind Tunnel at the Milan Politecnico University.
