The 3T Exploro Ultra represents the evolution of gravel engineering, focusing on aerodynamic optimization with high-volume tires. The high-modulus carbon fiber frame is engineered around the Aero-For-Real concept, where the tubing is shaped to cut through the air effectively even when using tires from 55 mm to 61 mm (on 650b wheels) or up to 45 mm (on 700c wheels). The downtube section widens to 60 mm right behind the front wheel to redirect airflow around the water bottles, drastically reducing overall aerodynamic drag.

The geometry is designed to ensure maximum stability on technical sections and long-lasting comfort during ultra-distance rides: the bottom bracket is dropped, and the ultra-short chainstays (415 mm) maintain immediate responsiveness under acceleration. The integrated Fango Ultra fork features a thin leg profile with a lowered crown, optimizing tire clearance and torsional stiffness. Fully internal cable routing preserves clean aesthetics while protecting cables from mud and debris. The frame features multiple threaded mounting points on the top tube, downtube, and fork, enabling an integrated, balanced bikepacking setup without compromising structural efficiency.
